Acting as the frontline face of the service to the public dealing with complaints and incidents in an effective manner in line with agreed policies.   Ensuring that the site is maintained in a clean and tidy manner.

We are looking for confident, friendly candidates with excellent communication skills, ideally with a background entertainment and/or guest experience management.  Keen interest in the arts and entertainment industry is desirable.

A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends is essential as evening and weekend work will be required on a regular basis
