Hull Culture and leisure are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Leisure Manager to manage and develop the Hull Arena. The candidate must be self-motivated and forward-thinking and is able successfully direct an established management team and has the ability to establish professional, effective working relationships with a range of partners and colleagues at the Hull Arena.


Your role will include event management and all operational activity planning on site including programming, staff management, performance monitoring, budget monitoring, health and safety and customer care and managing the site as a business unit. You will be responsible for the day to day ice management assisted by the team of managers and outside agencies.


The successful candidate will display a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and demonstrate a creative and flexible approach to team work and actively promote the site to encourage increased participation and active recreation.
