This post is initial fixed term for 1 year from start date and will be reviewed annually subject to funding
As part of our team you will play a critical role in the delivery and sustainability of our service. You will provide a quality customer focussed and pro-active bookings, sales and reception service which maximises revenue opportunities in line with Heritage Learning’s development plans and promotes the growth of the service.
You will coordinate all bookings and day to day onsite and outreach operational activity ensuring excellence in customer care for internal, external customers and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include; entering bookings data and maintaining booking databases and calendars ensuring the computerised systems are appropriately maintained, performing regular checks as necessary. Ensure effective promotion of services through the effective and efficient distribution of customer information, bookings details, visit packs, product and publicity material, etc. in order to provide excellent customer service. Provide accurate analysis and reporting of sales, customer booking patterns and other related data and reports to assist in decision making and sales development strategies. Keeping accurate and up to date records of income and sales of Heritage Learning products and services for reporting back to the Schools Programme Manager. Provide support to the management team to enable the efficient and successful delivery of the service.
You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as well as being an excellent communicator and advocate for the service. You must have significant demonstrable experience in proactive, customer-focussed sales or frontline delivery within a cultural environment as well as high level IT skills or experience in computerised booking systems and databases for sales and marketing.
