Join the Movement is a Sport England’s campaign, giving you the advice and tools you need to help you stay active while the country deals with the coronavirus outbreak. On this page we have provided additional links to local and national groups who have great ideas for staying active while you may still be staying at home.

Move Crew is a programme developed with the expertise of teachers and physical activity specialists, elite athletes, kids and coaches. Each mission is designed to help kids unlock their 60 minutes of daily recommended activity. A Nike athlete will announce a new weekly theme each Monday, while a new Move Mission will be released at every weekday morning at 8am. You can visit their page here.

The Football Association has a great new resource on their website called Extra Time. The page has a range of football activities that you can do at home to keep you on top of your game including Disney themed football challenges and #WILDCATSWEDNESDAY
