The Hull Arena, home to an Olympic size ice rink, offers a comprehensive skating programme. It plays host to semi-professional ice hockey and is a renowned concert venue, attracting some of the top names in the music world.
The licensed bar is available to hire for private functions, meetings and product launches. We also have a café which offers a wide selection of hot and cold foods.
The Hull Arena runs a variety of ice skating, figure skating, Learn to Skate and Ice Hockey sessions which are open to the public. In addition to this, The Hull Arena is home to a number of ice hockey clubs which attract members at all levels.
Whether you want thousands of guests or a more intimate gathering, Hull Arena is equipped to host all types of event or private function -
- Olympic sized ice rink available for ice events or boarded over for major events such as concerts, exhibitions, boxing, career shows or annual general meetings. The rink has capacity for up to 3750 people
- Blades bar and function suite, with a capacity for up to 150 people, is ideal for private functions such as parties or celebrations. Our licensed bar offers a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, hot drinks and bar snacks. We can also provide in-house catering or you can supply your own food. A DJ is also available for hire
Meeting rooms, available for meetings, seminars or training events. In-house catering and light refreshments can also be provided.
How to find Hull Arena
Hull Arena is centrally located just off the A63 Clive Sullivan Way and near Kingston Retail Park. It is a short walk from the Paragon Interchange (bus and train station) and many hotels.
Entry to Hull Arena is via the ramped access at main entrance.
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please notify the booking office at the time of booking.
Baby changing facilities are available in our disabled toilets.
Parking at the Hull Arena is a Pay and Display long term car park. Up to 70 spaces available for parking (this may be restricted for some events).
Parking prices (Monday to Saturday 8am to 9pm, Sundays free parking) -
- Up to 2 hours - £1.80
- Up to 3 hours - £2.70
- Up to 4 hours - £3.60
- Up to 5 hours - £4.50
- All day - £6.60
Blue badge parking is free of charge and there are three disabled parking bays. An external cycle park is also available.
