Ennerdale Leisure Centre

Ennerdale Leisure Centre is now closed for a £1.76m refurbishment.

The centre is closed to the public from Monday 1 July and will reopen in January 2020.

Regular users of the centre will have access to all other council owned leisure facilities in the city, which include the recently refurbished Woodford Leisure Centre on Holderness Road, Albert Avenue Pools and Beverley Road Baths as well as Costello Stadium and The Waudby Centre.

The works will see the refurbishment of all the centre's electrical and mechanical services, with upgrades planned for the filtration, ventilation and cold water systems.

The reception area will be renovated along with the fitness gym, stuido and sauna space, while new disabled changing facilities will be added.
